HC77 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HC77 platform, including all sports betting, casino games, slot games, VIP services, and any other features made available through the HC77 website at hc77.onl ("the Platform").

By registering an account on HC77, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any updates to them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms should be read alongside HC77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and HC77.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to use HC77, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• Be the legal owner of the payment method used to make deposits and receive withdrawals.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order on HC77 or any self-exclusion that you have personally requested.
• Not be using the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity.

HC77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds until verification is completed.

If HC77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria at any point, the account may be suspended, and any funds deposited after the suspected ineligibility began may be returned. Any winnings generated during a period of suspected ineligibility are subject to review and may be voided.

3 Account Registration

To use HC77, you must create a single, personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one HC77 account. Opening a second account — whether under your own name, a different name, or using a different email address or device — is not permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details — including a false name, false contact information, or an incorrect date of birth — is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. HC77 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.
• Account updates: If your personal details change — particularly your contact details or payment method information — you are responsible for updating them promptly within your account settings.
• Account ownership: Your HC77 account is personal to you. Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

HC77 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Payments

HC77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, and debit/credit cards where supported. The available deposit methods in your account reflect those currently active for your account type.

• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the time of deposit. This amount may vary by payment method.
• Processing time: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your HC77 balance within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer, depending on your bank's processing times.
• Deposit ownership: You must only deposit funds from a payment method that you own and are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds from third-party accounts or stolen payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• No currency conversion: HC77 does not apply any currency conversion. Your PKR deposit arrives in your HC77 balance as PKR.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact HC77 support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your real-money balance from HC77 at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where this is technically possible.

• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the Withdrawal page. Amounts below the minimum cannot be processed.
• Verification before withdrawal: HC77 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal if the verification has not already been completed. Providing the required documents promptly will avoid delays.
• Bonus wagering: Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are complete will result in the bonus portion being removed from the balance before the withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: HC77 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual arrival times depend on the payment method selected and, for bank transfers, on your bank's own processing schedule.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum single and weekly withdrawal limits apply. These limits may vary by VIP tier — higher-tier members benefit from increased limits. Current limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page within your account.
• Fees: HC77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

HC77 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Opt-in: Bonuses are not automatically credited. Where opt-in is required, this will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Claiming a bonus constitutes your agreement to the specific bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) that must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made. The specific multiple applies per bonus and is shown before you claim it.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% to wagering requirements; some casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game type is displayed in the bonus terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion. Attempting to hold multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
• Abuse: HC77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, or exploiting a technical error.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on HC77. Sport-specific rules may also apply and are available within the relevant betting section.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until this confirmation is received.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Obvious errors: HC77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Live betting: In-play bets are subject to brief delays in processing. HC77 is not liable for any change in match status between the time you submit a live bet and the time it is confirmed.
• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond a set period, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to HC77's event-specific rules. Typically, single bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket and PSL: Cricket betting — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures and international T20 matches — follows standard cricket betting rules as defined within the Cricket section of the Platform.
• Maximum win limits: A maximum payout limit applies per bet and per day. The applicable limits are displayed in the relevant betting section.

8 Casino Games

HC77 offers a range of casino products, including Live Casino tables, virtual table games, and slot games. The following conditions apply:

• Game rules: Each casino game has its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of a game before playing.
• Live Casino: Live Casino games are hosted by real dealers via video stream. Connection interruptions during a live game session are not the responsibility of HC77 where they are caused by your internet connection or device. Bets placed before a disconnection event will be settled based on the game outcome recorded on HC77's system.
• RNG games: Virtual casino games (non-live) use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are random and independent — previous outcomes do not affect future results.
• Slot games: All slot games operate on an RNG basis. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative of long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any session.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game — whether in a Live Casino stream or an RNG-based game — HC77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Any apparent wins generated during a malfunction round are not valid.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HC77 and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening more than one account on HC77.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to give an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or using insider knowledge to place bets.
• Participating in collusion with other players in poker, casino, or any game format where player-versus-player interaction is involved.
• Depositing, betting, or withdrawing using payment methods you do not own or are not legally authorised to use, including stolen cards or compromised mobile wallet accounts.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform in any form.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing HC77 staff or other users in any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

HC77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• A self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be closed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the account are forfeited. Real-money balances — i.e., funds deposited directly and not derived from bonuses — will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to verification being completed.

Where you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so via the account settings or by contacting HC77 support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally, and the resulting balance will be processed for withdrawal.

11 Privacy & Data

HC77 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and ongoing Platform use. By using HC77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Transaction data is retained for the periods required to meet standard financial record-keeping practices.

12 Responsible Gaming

• HC77 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical faults, or circumstances outside HC77's reasonable control, including connectivity issues on your end.
• HC77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit.
• HC77's total liability to you in any calendar month is capped at the total amount deposited by you during that month, net of any withdrawals already made.

Nothing in these Terms limits HC77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14 Changes to These Terms

HC77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, HC77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the Platform after a change to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. HC77 recommends reviewing the Terms each time you log in, particularly if you have not used the Platform for some time.
